Coffee Dessert
I love breakfast and consider it the most important part of the day because that's when I set my mood and energy for the entire day. I often vary my morning menu with many quick recipes; sometimes I crave savory, other times sweet. A simple recipe that you can also take in a lunch box as a snack is coffee dessert, which is one of the best friends of your figure.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons espresso
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 large banana
- 250g fat-free cottage cheese
- 10g dark chocolate 72%
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
Preparation method
- Mix the coffee and sugar and let it cool.
- Mash the banana in a blender, but not until completely smooth; the mixture should not be too liquid.
- Mix the coffee, banana, and cheese.
- Divide into 4 glasses and refrigerate. Before serving, decorate with grated chocolate and almonds.
Tips
You can use any other nuts you like. I recommend using natural coffee for the espresso.
