Hi! My name is Iulian and I am the co-founder of this wonderful company. One of the tasks I have set for myself is to create the most innovative sales platform in Moldova. Below I would like to list a few objectives we have achieved:
1. We are the first store in Moldova with sales on Facebook. All you have to do is access our Facebook page and navigate to the "Shop Here" section. Choose the desired products and confirm your order. The Eclair team will take care of the rest.
2. We are the first store in Moldova with a digital catalog. We have uploaded the entire Eclair world into a single tablet, with photos, prices, and real-time stock availability. This allows us to be very flexible, as we have a mobile point of sale. For example, we can go to the client's location and help them choose the right decorations, depending on their home interior. The order is processed on the spot, and the products will then be delivered to the desired address. Convenient, isn't it?
3. We offer delivery in Chișinău and the north of the Republic. Whether you placed your order online, at a fair, or even in the store. The delivery service is available in 3 options: Same Day, Express, and Standard.
4. We use a centralized system for the warehouse, store, mobile workstation, and online channels. Each order is synchronized with current stock levels. Thus, the client benefits from accurate information about the available quantities of products, regardless of the platform they use.
For now, all platforms are operating in testing mode, as several improvement stages are planned. What currently works:
- Delivery. We have successfully completed the first deliveries without delays.
- The website. 90% of products are already uploaded on the site. Orders are being processed.
- The online store on Facebook.
What will be improved/implemented:
- The opening of the new store at Eminescu 25/1.
- Design, functionalities, and user experience on the web page.
- Online payment with a bank card or PayPal.
- Discrepancies in product stock. Some are no longer in stock, as they were sold before the system implementation.
